Step 3. Come along – bring with you…
- Suitable footwear (court shoes offer the most support. Otherwise trainers are fine)
- It gets warm in the hall, so wear suitable clothes for being active in
- A bottle of water with your name on it (bring extra as the water fountains will be out of use).
- Trim your nails – long nails can cause injuries in netball
- We advise you remove jewellery prior to training to avoid damage, loss or injury.
