FAQ’s
How old do I need to be to come to training?
We have a junior club for 8-16 year olds. Our adult club welcomes women 16yr + (or 14 year old accompanied by an adult).
Do I need to know how to play netball before I can come?
No. We have qualified coaches who can help you and everyone is very friendly so if you’re not sure what to do you’ll be surrounded by help!
How much is it?
You get your first 2 sessions free before deciding if you’d like to join.
A monthly direct debit of £20 a month is then required and the clubs bank details will be provided.
Juniors pay £5 per session.
Do I need to be super fit?
Not necessarily! The sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness. Netball does involve a fair amount of running around. We practice drills and have some game time too. We take regular breaks but if you feel you are struggling, there is space off court for you to take a breather if you need.
When are the training sessions?
Adult sessions are 7:00pm – 8:30pm every Monday during school terms.
Junior sessions are 6:00pm-7:00pm.
Where is the club?
We train at Dingwall Academy sports hall but do not have a dedicated facility.
